Cloud Champion is a free program sponsored by Microsoft and distributors to help resellers and professionals grow their cloud business. It provides training, resources, and incentives in sales and technical areas.

Yes. Cloud Champion is completely free for eligible professionals and organizations within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Employees or professionals using a valid corporate or institutional email address (for example, a company or university domain).

Cloud Champion is primarily designed for Microsoft partners and professionals who work with Microsoft solutions. However, anyone using a valid corporate or institutional email can register.

Visit your country’s Cloud Champion website, click Register, complete your details, and confirm your verification email.

No. A corporate or institutional email address is required to register.

Check your spam or junk folder and whitelist the domain cloudchampion.be If you still don’t receive it, contact thomas@cloudchampion.be

No. Only one domain can be associated with each Cloud Champion account.

Find the webinar you want to join via the Training Calendar or All Trainings search, click on it, register and you’ll receive a join link by email.

Yes, recordings are typically available within 4–24 hours after the session.

In the On-Demand section, by filtering under ‘Trainings’ or by using the link provided in the invitation email (the same registration page).

Usually, yes. However, some sessions may only provide the video recording. If presentation materials are available, you can typically find them on the webinar landing page where the recording is hosted.

Certificates are available in “My Account” section once you complete eligible sessions.

1. An invitation email is sent to the data base you want to invite, it can be segmented by roles ( Technical, Bussiness, Marketing or Sales)

2. Users that registered will receive a confirmation email with the link of the session and a blocker for their calendars.

3. Users receive a reminder 2hrs before the session. On the preference center users can select to receive a reminder 1 day before as well.

4. After the session, users that have attendeed and those that registered but weren’t able to attend, will receive an email with the link to the recording and PowerPoint presentation.

Go to “My Account” section in Cloud Champion or open the Preferences Center from the bottom of any Cloud Champion email. You can choose to stay subscribed, pause messages for 30 days, or unsubscribe completely.

Yes. Cloud Champion is fully compatible with modern mobile browsers.

Each Cloud Champion account is tied to one country to ensure you see relevant, localized content.

Access to Power BI dashboards is limited to authorized partners and Microsoft stakeholders. Contact your Cloud Champion Country Manager for access.

Distributors gain access to a centralized enablement platform that drives partner engagement, learning, and measurable Microsoft business growth.

Cloud Champion provides unified branding, data tracking, and compliance across regions, ensuring Microsoft-aligned messaging and reporting.

Collaborate with Cloud Champion Country Managers to plan webinars, approve proposed content, and promote Cloud Champion through their partner networks.

Distributors cannot upload webinar recordings themselves. However, they can contact their Country Manager, who can arrange the upload to ensure consistent branding and compliance with program guidelines.

Submit a request via the internal ticketing system or contact your Cloud Champion Country Manager.

Webinar setup and approval typically occur within 3–7 business days, depending on availability.

It can last as long as needed, but sessions typically run between 45 and 60 minutes.

Any Cloud Champion user within the same country or region who has selected this distributor as their distributor.

No. Users can only select one distributor at a time. However, they can change their selected distributor at any time through the My Account section.

Users receive a confirmation email, reminder, and post-event follow-up with links to recordings or related materials.
